Company Policies
Cancellations
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 24 hours notice. Clients who cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for an appointment will be charged 100% of the booked services and may be asked to prepay for future services. We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service. Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
Late Arrivals
If you are late to your appointment, please give us a call to let us know. Depending on the time of your arrival, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide your service. We will try our best to accommodate you.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards, cash and checks. Unfortunately, we do not accept gratuities on credit/debit cards. However, we do have an ATM machine available for use on site.
